Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Ensure all tags, labels, and packaging are returned in their original state.
• Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.
• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the delivery date. Contact our customer service team within this timeframe to initiate a return.
• Items failing to meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Submit a Request
Email your return request with your Order ID and reason for return to  improwebitsolutions@gmail.com.

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos
For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear images highlighting the issue to enable faster processing.

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions about the return process.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our guidelines.

Refund Process & Timeline

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will examine it to confirm it meets our return conditions. You will then be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent after completion of the transaction.
