Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or prior to shipment, whichever condition applies first.

When an order qualifies for cancellation, we will issue a complete refund to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, once the package is delivered, you are welcome to request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modification
At present, we do not support changes to products or delivery addresses once an order has been confirmed. You would need to cancel the order (if applicable) and then place a fresh order.
